2. Timeframe for Returns

  • You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support team within the 7-day period to request a return.
  • Provide details of the issue along with photos or videos of the product, if applicable.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected from your location or provide instructions for the return.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality assurance team.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after the return is received.
  • Refunds will be provided in cash upon collection or via a method agreed upon with the customer service team.

5. Non-Refundable Items
